The owners of this Miami home wanted their existing garage converted into more living space. When completed, the converted garage added over 300 sq ft of living space to their home. The additional square footage included a bedroom, bathroom and an air conditioned laundry room, which was previously in the muggy garage. The additional area from this converted garage could have easily been used as a play room or general entertaining space.
